How much space do I need?
Each teepee requires 50" x 75" of cleared space prior to delivery and set up. They are built to house twin sized air mattresses.
What do my guests need to bring?
I supply everything except for sleeping pillows, so remind your guests to BYOP!
What if I don't have a final count for tents needed?
I recommend reserving the max. number of tents you think you may need so you're guaranteed that amount - it is easier to remove a tent than to add one later on.
How far in advance should I book my party?
My weekends fill up pretty quick. I recommend booking your party several weeks in advance. Date/tents not secured until signed rental agreement and 50% party deposit is received.
What if I need to add or remove tents after booking?
If additional tents are needed, please notify me and I will accommodate, subject to availability. If a tent needs to be removed from your booking, please notify me at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date or your original booking fee will remain.
What payment method do you prefer?
I accept payments through Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation, the client should notify All Dolled Up TeepeeZz via email Jenah@AllDolledUpTeepeeZz.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Should the cancellation take place with less than 7 days, payment will not be returned- payment can be transferable to a different party date based on availability. Rescheduled party date should be held within 60 days. Personalized favors will not be refunded.
What if I have pets?
I love fur babies, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air matresses.
Do I need to provide power?
I request the use of an electrical outlet for inflating the air mattresses during setup. All lighting used (fairy lights and lanterns) is battery operated.
Do you clean equipment after the party?
Yes, absolutely! After each party I wash bedding and sanitize the bed trays/snack buckets etc.
What extras can I add on?
I have many add on options available to make your party extra special! You can purchase personalized party favors for each of your guests to go home with! (sleep masks, tumblers, scrunchies, pamper pouches, DIY pillowcases and VIP party lanyards)
