FAQ

Each teepee requires 50" x 75" of cleared space prior to delivery and set up. They are built to house twin sized air mattresses.

I supply everything except for sleeping pillows, so remind your guests to BYOP!

I recommend reserving the max. number of tents you think you may need so you're guaranteed that amount - it is easier to remove a tent than to add one later on. 

My weekends fill up pretty quick. I recommend booking your party several weeks in advance. Date/tents not secured until signed rental agreement and 50% party deposit is received.

If additional tents are needed, please notify me and I will accommodate, subject to availability. If a tent needs to be removed from your booking, please notify me at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date or your original booking fee will remain.

I accept payments through Venmo.

In the event of a cancellation, the client should notify All Dolled Up TeepeeZz via email Jenah@AllDolledUpTeepeeZz.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Should the cancellation take place with less than 7 days, payment will not be returned- payment can be transferable to a different party date based on availability. Rescheduled party date should be held within 60 days. Personalized favors will not be refunded.

I love fur babies, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air matresses.

I request the use of an electrical outlet for inflating the air mattresses during setup. All lighting used is battery operated.

Yes, absolutely! After each party I wash bedding and sanitize the bed trays/snack buckets etc.
